Well, February has come, is almost gone and no updates.    I’ve heard bits and pieces of Bulgaria getting a new elected official recently, thus the slow down.  The only news we have is that our fingerprints expire in June, so we need to start the process of applying for a renewal appointment in Des Moines (for the third time).  I find it very odd that my fingerprints can expire.  I’m pretty sure they haven’t changed in the last 12 months!  I guess it gives me a chance to say hello to the security guard at the immigration office – i went to high school with him, ironically, and after the second time we agreed that we didn’t want to see each other in 2012 because that would mean that we got our baby!  If we have to go through all the security to do fingerprints (it is a bit intimidating), I guess it doesn’t hurt to be on a first name basis with the guard!

I’ve done really well and have held off on buying clothes (since i don’t know if we need girl or boy clothes, or the exact size).  However, JC Penny’s was having a huge sale and had $4 winter coats…can’t afford not to buy that, right?  So, I got one girl and one boy coat in a 3T.  I’m sure we can find a coat drive to donate the unused one next year!  As always, I will post when we know something more!  Maybe I should take a poll…who thinks we’re going to get a girl, and who thinks we’re going to get a boy???
